Villarreal CF and Mislata Unión de Fútbol have reached an agreement to collaborate at youth level so that the Valencian club will form part of the football schools carried out by the Submarine.
The presentation ceremony for this agreement took place at the sociocultural centre ‘La Fábrica de Mislata’ in front of nearly 100 people. Villarreal CF vice-president José Manuel Llaneza; agreements manager Quique Parra; Andres Pardo, the agent of the director of football; Mislata UF president José Asensio. The Valencian club’s sporting director Ángel Saiz, mayor of the city, Carlos Bielsa; and sports councillor Toni Arenas were all present.
Mislata Unión de Fútbol is one of the most important schools of youth football in the province of Valencia. With more than 500 players registered with the federation, it is at the top of its game for forming young talents at youth level.
With this agreement between both parties, two promising Mislata UF players have joined the #YellowsAcademy this season, where they will carry on growing as footballers and persons under the guidance of Villarreal.
It is worth remembering that Villarreal CF has collaboration agreements with various international and national clubs with regards to development of players and coaches. Many young talents who started in those clubs are now completely integrated in the #YellowsAcademy.
The clubs associated with Villarreal CF are the following: CD Roda, Primer Toque CF, Escuela de Fútbol Torre-Pacheco, Kelme CF, CD Oliver, UD Alginet, A.D.I.U.R. and Mislata UF.
