Yellows footballers visited CEIP José Soriano in Vila-real thanks to the Endavant Club Groguet initiative

The Villarreal CF players Manu Trigueros and Naiara Ves returned to school for a day. The yellows midfielders visited CEIP José Soriano in Vila-real thanks to the 'A Star In Your School' project within the Endavant Club Groguet initiative. In the school the footballers had fun and shared their best anecdotes from both on and off the pitch.

The students of the Vila-real school were able to meet their idols. Trigueros and Naiara took part in a relaxed and entertaining press conference with the children, who took the microphone and served as journalists for the day. As if that wasn’t enough, the young students received autographs from the players, who also posed in a group photo for the memories. To top it off, the students were able to play football with their new idols in the school gym. What an unforgettable afternoon.

The initiative “A Star In Your School”, integrated into the Endavant Club Groguet initiative, has a long history in its recent campaigns. This year, Carlos Bacca and María Sanjuán attended the Avel·lí Corma de Moncofa in the first event of the season. Now Trigueros and Naiara have joined their team-mates with this event at the CEIP José Soriano.

Villarreal players from the men’s and women’s teams go to different schools to meet the children throughout the season. In addition to visits from the Villarreal CF players, schools in the province of Castellón can enjoy training delivered by coaches from the Yellows Academy free of charge and a guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica.
